The Southeast European Academic League (SEAL) was found in 1999 as a non-governmental international academic association based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The League functions as a research and consulting body for European educational issues related to the upcoming EU ascension and provides a public forum for general academic information and debate. The strategic objective of SEAL is to generate distinctive alternative proposals for regional academic institutions.
It has the following priorities:
